I let air build up in the system for a while(I even drove for 30+ after not being able to slide them) but when trying to pull the tandem release valve it's stuck in Valve sticking or not opening: This could be due to debris or contamination within the valve, or a faulty O-ring or gasket block the supply line and charge the line then see if you get any air from the service line
